Colette Lime Parfait - the third serving
I don't know if this is a lingering effect of making a coat, or possibly a response to the overwhelmingly hot and humid weather, but today I made the same pattern for the third time in the past month.
I am very pleased with it yet again.
However, it is only barely blog-worthy. What can one say about a pattern previously written about twice?
I changed something - I gathered the front straps slightly where they intersect with the gathered top of the front bodice. Thrilling! I used the same Simplicity skirt pattern as in the last version
The fabric is a cotton print, of small lime green target type circles on cream, January 2010 from Stitch Bliss. It is lined in the bodice and waistband with cotton batiste.
I do not feel very much like making this again immediately, in fact, I have put the pattern away in a box. I expect that I will make it next summer- once these three have worn out.

Still it looks pretty on you.
Very pretty and a great style for you.
I have no problem with re-using patterns. In fact I usually do re-use favourites, sometimes up to a dozen times, or more :)
This is a lovely dress; I would like to see a close-up of the print, green target circles sounds so intriguing...
This looks so pretty on you. Great color choice.
I'd say that's a perfect post-coat project: simple, proven, comparatively quick! And reliably cute, as well!
Thre just are some patterns which are so fantastic you need them in multiples. For you, this is one.
This is still a blog worthy dress. Beautiful.
A cool pretty dress is what we all needed last week, the cardi has been dragged out today.
When you're onto a good thing ... stick to it! Right now I could do with a lime parfait!
Hey I'm all for flogging the working horse. It looks great!
Another successful version of a great Colette pattern. You look lovely, and very cool.
Another pretty version. It's look so cool and comfortable, too. I know I couldn't pull it off, but it's a lovely style for you.
It's adorable! In fact - I'm thinking I need the pattern. g
This is so pretty on you! I wish I were making sundresses. But it's 20 degrees F and snow is in the forecast. I make patterns that work over and over again. Once you have the problems worked out, why not?
K, I would love for you to join in the glove sew-along. I'm thinking of starting in a few weeks, I hope this works out with you timing wise.
